Crystal
Crystal is a Unix mud client, released under the GNU GPL. It was originally designed and written for users of the Cryosphere, but aims to support all muds. If it doesn't work for you, please let us know.
Crystal's philosophy is to provide an interface as unclutted as unix telnet, but with more features, such as line editing and split-screen scrollback.
Crystal has a sister project, Chrysalis, to create a modern Javascript MUD client, with a similar philosophy.
Version 0.2.4 (download here, 147kB) is the latest release. The sha256 hash of this file is 1f5843034d897977430cf1d84040cd6e50bcc1d1b7fdda4e9f07f4ea6d6db6ce. This release was made in 2010. After a hiatus, development, as 0.3, has resumed on github. Please see there to submit bugs, feature requests or maybe even make PRs.
