This is a diagram showing line-ups of the Avengers team, featured in Marvel Comics, over the decades, since the launch of the series in 1963. Since the line-up changed frequently the early part is a generalisation only.
For the post-2004 part, I consulted my own collection. For the pre-2004 part, I relied upon the Marvel Database Project on Wikia, Wikipedia, and the excellent AvengersAssemble site.
